Order Placement

• You have two options to request a commission:

  • You can send a DM via instagram to my profile @abi_senlol.

  • Or send me an email to abisenlol01@gmail.com with the subject “Request”.

• Explain me the most detail you can how do you want your drawing. 

• I will let you know if your order has been accepted or declined.

Payment

• I will contact you later asking you for the full payment​.

• A sketch will be sent for approval as soon as payment is received so you can tell me if it’s ok. (If you’are not satisfied enough I’ll try to change it).

• You may ask for WIPs anytime after payment​.

• No refunds are offered after payment since the commission has already been started.​

• I will finish your commission within 1 - 3 weeks, depending on complexity.

  • You will be informed of any possible delays.

 

Ending

• Once the illustration is finished it will be sent by mail. You will receive a .png or .jpg HQ file.

• The drawing is probably published on my social networks (with watermark), if you don’t want it to be published, let me know in advance.

Commissions FAQ

Can I post the illustration on my blog / YouTube channel / twitter or other social network?

• Yes of course. You have paid for it. You can also use it on banners, icons, whatever. As long as it is not sold for commercial use.

Can I ask for a change to the illustration?

• You have to make sure that you are satisfied with the commission in the sketch phase. You can request any small changes or bug fixes.

  • Large changes like pose or outfit changes will cost extra because I have to redraw portions of the commission. Be specific in your initial order.

• Once the illustration is finished some minor changes or mistakes on my behalf regarding character design will be corrected for free.

  • In this phase you can also request other more complex changes or anything you want to add but they will have an extra cost.
